Our approach
We take a collaborative, systematic approach to bring about lasting change. This means working closely with you, at your pace, with a clear direction and plan.
Milestone # 1: Exploration
Begin with an initial consultation where we discuss your expectations of therapy. This is also a time where you decide if we are a good match for you, and what to expect from the work together. There are no commitments, you are fully in charge, and your confidentiality is assured.
Milestone # 2: Conceptualisation
Together, we will conceptualise your issue using an evidenced-based approach supported by research to improve outcomes. This will help us fully understand what's happening and what to do going forward.
Milestone # 3: Plan
We will customise a plan specifically for you with definite review dates (no therapy without end). This will include what steps we will take to get to your goals, and the resources, skills and understandings we will uncover together to get there. Expect regular check-ins on progress and consolidation of insight.
