What I specialise in:
I work with the individual to uncover the "why" behind their actions and emotional patterns. Using a humanistic approach, alongside Schema Therapy and ACT, I help make sense of your lived experiences and how your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs have shaped you, while also gently addressing unmet needs and protective behaviours that may be holding you back. My goal is to walk with you towards healing with renewed insight and strength.
Who I work with:
I’ve had the privilege of working within community mental health settings alongside people from all walks of life. This has given me a deep appreciation for the many ways culture, identity, and life experience shape our struggles and strengths.
My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals through various life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress-related issues as well as addiction and trauma. Whether you're navigating emotional pain, seeking change, or looking to better understand yourself, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard and your strengths are honoured.

Our sessions will provide a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where we can explore your concerns at a pace that feels right for you. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I will always respect your autonomy and perspective.
My approach is warm, direct, and non-judgmental; there’s no need to filter or hold back. Come exactly as you are.
We’ll begin by understanding the challenges that brought you to therapy, and gently explore deeper patterns, unmet needs, or emotional pain that may be affecting your life. As we progress, we’ll work together to develop meaningful coping strategies, heal from past wounds, and reassess behaviors that may no longer serve you, helping you move toward greater peace and resilience
