What I specialise in:

I believe in a personalized and integrative approach to therapy, combining approaches based on Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and experiential approaches to cater to your unique journey. I also specialized in movement practice that can help us to increase awareness and promote healing and integration in our body.

At the heart of my practice is the belief in compassionate journeying, where I walk alongside you, holding space for your emotions and experiences with safety and non-judgement.

Who I work with:

I have experience working alongside a diverse group of individuals – from children taking their first steps in understanding their emotions, to adults navigating complex life transitions. My practice includes individuals who are facing intrapersonal challenges such as stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, depression, and self-esteem issues, and couples facing interpersonal relationships stressors.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each person, I tailor interventions specifically designed to meet each person’s distinct needs, aiming to create a conducive space for expression, exploration, and healing.

WHAt TO EXPECT

A compassionate space where your stories and experiences are validated. I seek to learn more about you to understand your world from your perspective. We will celebrate your innate strengths, address unmet needs, and navigate healing with empathy and kindness. We will explore the roots of your challenges and collaboratively uncover resources and growth for sustainable changes.

Experiential approaches may be incorporated according to your needs and preferences. They may include cards, sensory objects, drawing, movement, and/or meditation. We will also focus on integrating the body and mind to embody healing holistically, as the body remembers.

MY PROMISE

Compassionate journeying: This promise to you is rooted in the understanding that to heal, one must feel deeply understood and unconditionally accepted. I promise to journey with you with deep compassion and non-judgement. You are not alone on this journey. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your experiences, emotions, and thoughts with empathy and kindness.

Collaboration: What is most important is what works for you. Your lived experience - insights, feelings, and desires are deeply valued in our sessions. We will work collaboratively to synergise your experience with my professional knowledge to adapt a process that works best for you.

Creative flexibility: The journey towards self-discovery and healing is not one-size-fits-all. I promise to embrace flexibility with evidence-based theories and approaches so as to personalize a therapeutic experience that is meaningful to you. By embracing a range of therapeutic approaches —from traditional talk therapy to experiential modalities—we will journey together to meet your evolving needs and preferences.
